Welcome to H & H Developments. H & H Developments is an established family property company located in the South West of England. Our family’s roots in property go back through my grandfather who was one of the family partners in the WATES business, now one of the largest family owned construction, property services and residential development groups in the country. At H & H Developments we have been developing and building elegant and affordable homes for the past 10 years.

We are a low volume developer that focuses on quality of architectural design and build. We aspire to create affordable and stylish homes in sought after locations in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas; soon to be expanding into Europe.

Our journey began with converting beautiful historic buildings into homes built for today’s living requirements whilst still retaining, and often reinstating, the original architectural features. Our business has broadened over recent years into building high quality new homes.

A number of our developments have been shortlisted for awards by local Civic Trusts and building associations, an achievement we are proud of and seek to build on with our current and future developments.
